Information about the further examination of CN Domainregistrierungen:

To guarantee the authenticity, correctness and Integrierbarkeit from.CN Domains, the.CN central register (CNNIC) informs as follows:

1. Domain name applicants need to submit the formal paper based application material when making the online application to the registrar. The application material includes the original application form with business seal, company business license (photocopy), and registrant ID (photocopy).
2. Registrar should carefully review the application material. When application is deemed qualified, registrar need to submit the application material via fax or E-mail to CNNIC, and withhold the original application material.
3. From the day of the submission of online application, if CNNIC does not receive the formal paper based application material within 5 days or the application material auditing is not qualified, the domain name to be applied will be deleted.

From now on is every Reseller obliges all undermentioned documents with everybody.CN to transmit Domainregistierung and to reproach.

a. Necessary documents:

   1. "Request to register a domain ", with the seal / stamp of the company or the signature of a representative of the enterprise.
   2. To pursue a copy of the trade registration or a permission given by official place a trade.
   3. A copy of the identity card of the Registrant or a copy of the driving licence or a stay approval.


b. Examination of the documents and the contacthandles:
While filling the "domain name registration application " form we ask you on the fact to pay attention that the Handles contain correct data for ADMIN-, TECH-, and BILLING contact and are identically with the data which were also given with the on-line order.

c. Immediate document transmission:
The necessary documents must be faxed to 1awww to +49.1805-233633-00631 or be sent by eMail to support@1awww.com . This should have happened within 4 days according to the registration order. At last a too late or faulty transmission results in a deletion of the registration order. With a such miss of the registration, the domain fees are automatically refunded to you.

d. Validierung of the transmitted documents:
Approx. 3 days the central register estimates CNNIC for the thorough check of every single document. Every Domainregistrierung which is still during the check receives the status PENDINGCREATE (in 1awww system MWI). As soon as the documents were checked completely and CNNIC the registration has confirmed, changes the Domain in the status ACTIVE.

Provided that a registration was rejected because of mistakes within the document, the whole process must be carried out from the outset once more (incl. new order of the Domain with 1awww).

On account of the special and short-term circumstances CNNIC has sent the following information to his Registrare:

All Domainregistrierungen which were sent off after the 14th of December, 01:00 UTC receive the status "in auditing" (PENDIGCREATE in 1wwww system MWI), completely no matter whether the documents have already been checked or not.

Every Registrar is obliged to supply later the examining proof documents (Application form, company seal / stamp, copy of the trading licence, the identity card or a stay approval) for all registrations which were sent off from the 14th of December, up to the 26th of December, 01:00 UTC.

Should CNNIC not receive the proof documents for Domains which were transmitted between 14. and the 21st of December up to 26.12.2009, 01:00 UTC and not have passed the Domains the check up to 26.12, the Domains are extinguished and must be applied once more. Of course the fees are refunded for extinguished Domains to you.
